 AMAR AKBAR ANTHONY (1977) - "My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves" - a show-stopping Bollywood mambo number featuring a gigantic Easter egg -- gives ample proof of the megastar qualities of Amitabh Bachchan (center) who indisputably gives the best musical performance in the same year as SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER. There are probably other stills from this number thtat better attest to the wacky brilliance of it, but I had to include one of Parveen Babi (left), who is so jaw-droppingly gorgeous in this picture. Sadly, she died of a drug overdose this January, after a long, tragic bout with schizophrenia.
